Big Blue Button

Just noticed today that the Big Blue Button on my purchase history page no longer says 
"Return this Item"  as was suggested by ebay staff was placed there on purpose so the buyer could 'find it easily'.  Even after I leave feedback the "return this item" in your face big blue button does not appear.  Still afraid to say GOOD NEWS FOR SELLERS because it may not last.

On mine I see leave feedback.

But on the ones that I have already left feedback on, they say return this item.

Some of mine say "return this item", some say "write a review" and some say "View order details". All are big blue buttons and I have already left positive feedback for all.
