You need to supply a shipping cost to the foreign countries you want to sell to, if you don't eBay will not show your listings. Even if foreign buyers can find your listings they won't be able to complete a purchase because no shipping amount is specified.
You also have a number of listings that are showing "Freight" shipping, this is not likely going to work for you.
