Best offer tab not working

Is anyone else having issues with the "Listings eligible to send offers" tab on the seller hub? Mine is sending me to my active inventory page.

Same here.  I also just tried to look at my "send offers" page and it kept sending me to my active listings page.

I think eBay must be having some big problems.  Several other people have posted that they can't get into their messages.  And several people have said the tracking numbers are messed up on labels they are printing.

Hope they get this all fixed soon.

I noticed they are making changes to page layouts on the app and stuff. I'm guessing some of the new updates are causing some significant problems. I have been able to send offers with the app still. FYI!
