Best Offer not working At All

I am getting frustrated by people sending me Offers like $10.00 for a $400 item. Obviously they know that I'm not going to let it go for That price, so they are just wasting both of our time. I get excited, then an even bigger disappointment and letdown when I see the ridiculous absurd prices being offered. However the option to set prices to accept of reject that used to be there has completely disappeared from all of my ads

I still have those options if I go in through revise listing on seller hub.

If those options have dissappeared-you did to run a virus and malware scan.  I see mine every time I make a listing.

As for low offers, and I get them too, you can make a counter offer closer to what you want.  Then it's up to them.

And if you have anyone who just wants to harrass you-do you know where your blocked bidder list is?

One problem I saw was maybe the people who make low offers don't quite understand what you are selling.

I go through revise listing, and it's not showing, at all. Very strange, how it is working for some people, but not others...

I have tried every major browser, even internet explorer

I have run the top ten antivirus and anti-malware programs, and none of them find anything.

Please post a screenshot or a photo, showing where you used to have those options?

The option to set price thresholds for automatic accept or decline is found in the Advanced version of the listing form but not in the Quick version.  There's no way to switch an active listing to Advanced  if it was originally s set up using the quick version.
