Below standard on global region even that i never sell or shipped internationally

I am just amazed , I sent something like 6 mails about this subject

and i always get the same template answer , it's feel like no one at eBay support really listening.

I was below standard in the USA region and was justified - it took me 3 cycles and a lot of efforts to return to above standard ,  I had paid my debt  and was happy that all this issue was behind me

than I get a mail from eBay that I am now below standard in the global region , it's funny  because I never shipped or had any customers  outside of USA , all my transactions was and is purely  from USA

how is it possible to be in below standard on global region if all my transactions are only from USA.

for some reason eBay customer  support don't  fix it and they ask me to improve my selling in the global region if I want to continue  as a seller in eBay  , i have one month to improve before getting the kicked out forever .

I have just one question to eBay - how I can't improve globally if I never been globally , it's just unreal.

No need to fret, we only ship Internationally and very few to the US, but seem to get low GSR's from N. America. Even if you were able to contact someone and explained the situation, there is little chance that the person you're talking to would even have the slightest idea of what your talking about.

Emails to ebay are a waste of time. You need to call customer service (Pretty bad also). Keep calling back until you get a US rep. This problem requires speaking to a live person. Other members will be along to give you more help. Best of luck.

Your eBay registration is OUTSIDE the U.S. Therefore your sales to the U.S. are international. i.e., global.

If you now reside in the U.S., you need to change your registration information to reflect your new location.

That's not correct. I'm in Canada and any sales that I make to the US go under US sales, not global.  Global sales are for all countries except for the US, UK, Ireland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

It's possible that the op is getting their global sales from buyers that are in another country but are using a forwarding service from the US.

You are located in Israel.

This is probably what is causing you this problem.

Yes I know that. My point is that I am not in the US either but any transactions from US buyers go towards my US transactions, not global transactions.  It is all based on where the buyer is located, not where the seller is located.

You're correct that it doesn't matter where you are registered. You are shipping from the US...if someone from Russia buys an item from you and has it sent to a US address, that will count as a global transaction because they are in Russia.  What doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me though is that you would be stopped from selling because of a global status when you do ship within the US only.

When you go to your dashboard, on the top you can change the view to see your global status. What are the defects that you have on that board?

I've been on hold for an hour, waiting to speak to someone, after being transfered 3 times. I have the same issue. US sales counting in Global. I had it fixed 2 months ago, but they didn't fix it the second time yet and I was too busy to call. Now third time, and I finally took the time to call. They will help, once you actually get to someone. Can't promise how long that will take. Ebay should be paying ME for wasting MY time calling in because of THEIR glitches.

I have the answer for you. Ebay is counting ALL transactions and defects from august back, in the global. BUT, they are only counting global transactions and defects after august. So you are penalized for things that happened before august, based on old parameters, but can't repair your account, because they no longer count transactions from those other regions as global. Ain't that some %@*(? They are using TWO parameters, and punishing you for the old one, while the new one doesn't allow you to get enough transactions to correct the defects from the previous parameters. If that isn't a slap in the face to sellers, I don't know what is.
