Below standard because of transactions dating back to 2021

I have 4 unresolved cases, 3 of those date october and november 2021 and 1 in febuary this year 2022.

When will this reset? I seem to be stuck on below standard regardless of only having 1 unresolved case in 11 months!

The one(s) from last October should drop off with the October 20th evaluation. The one(s) from last November, with the November evaluation. So you won't see some (anymore) on November 1, 2022, and won't see some on December 1, 2022. The one from February will be shown until past the next February evaluation... and gone on March 1, 2023.

A year only feels like an eternity... hang in there.

Perhaps by December 1st after the November eval? January 1st at the latest provided no new cases.

@lakefor94@shaunoft_32

I believe you are right... my dates were off by a month. Thank you!

Happened in October will be the November evaluation and will show until December. Happened in November will be the December evaluation and will show until January. Happened in February will be the March evaluation and will show until April.

More a long boring explanation for me than you... but writing on the chalkboard always made me learn quicker. Thanks!
