You should not be selling items that you don't have in your possession PRIOR to listing. eBay expects you to have the stock in hand to satisfy what your have listed.
The fact that you have that many out of stock violations mean you probably will not be able to recover before your account is closed.
You need to sell several hundred items in very short order to bring your defect rate down to an acceptable level. I'm sorry, but I don't see an effective solution to your issue.

The best fix for most problems of this nature is letting time pass while doing nothing, so you may want to consider stop selling for some time. If ebay has restricted you to where this is the case then they are doing you a favor because any more violations will put you under permanent restriction and there will be no fixing that...

I am sorry but I don't think anyone can help. The defect rate is expected to be less than 0.5%, you're at 10.84%, 22 times the rate allowed by ebay, If you were at 0.6%, then maybe someone can help you bring it down. I am sure you won't have any confidence in any site if you don't receive 11% of the items you order. Good luck.

Your only hope for this account is that eBay does not shut it down permanently. If they don't shut it down, the defects will drop off after a year. If you are allowed to keep on selling, keep your shipments on time at 100% and it is paramount that you do not have any more out of stock defects or cases closed where eBay has to step in.
As far as visibility goes, I don't think there is anything you can do except lower prices just to get some sales going.
Good luck.

Dropshipping can get a seller in a lot of trouble quick if they don't keep up with their suppliers stock.
Maybe buy some cheap items you can sell quick to raise your numbers.

I was Below Standard several years ago, but no where close to your numbers. My thought at the time was to do nothing and let the defects roll off. Many sellers told me that was NOT a good idea.
In the end, I listed items for dirt cheap with free shipping. That generated sales which slowly decreased the defect rate. After several months, I was finally Above Standard.
Good luck.

I do believe that some of the poor feedback that you received is unjustified but it isn't that that resulted in your substandard performance rating.
While drop shipping is permitted, it can often lead to poor performance issues.

You're in a pretty deep hole. I agree with others that you've basically wrecked your current account. This will mean you start over with feedback and defects.
Opening another account is probably the best way to fix this. I don't think this is against ebay policies. But this time learn from your mistakes. Ebay demands a pretty high level of professionalism from their sellers.
You can always use your original account for buying.
Good luck!

For the late shipment defects you might be able to call customer service and let them know the customers had agreed to the delay and get those removed as long as you have the messages to back it up. Dropshipping is not easy. If you can't keep up with inventory it's not a good idea.

Hi, so sorry for your troubles. It looks like you ran afoul of some policies. The first thing you need to do is to learn some of the rules governing the site. If you do not, if you get reinstated without correcting the problem, you could face permanent restriction. Below at the end are some links to get you started.
"...when i went to order the item it was out of stock so i notified them and cancled the orders why was this counted against me.."
Seller-canceled transactions are a big no-no on eBay. Each time you canceled without a customer request to do so, eBay leveled a defect on your account for out-of-stock. Which is why drop-shipping can be so difficult to manage on eBay. You need to be in control of the merchandise at all times, or you need a drop-shipper who is 100% reliable. Your experience is why I won't sell items not in my possession. I don't want to have to rely on an outside supplier who may not ship on time, which is one of the most important aspects of selling here. Those two can get you into trouble on eBay--canceling a transaction and not shipping on time. The third big one that can cause a defect is letting a case close without seller resolution. Too many defects and a seller could be Below Average. Below are the promised links. Good luck to you and hope this all gets resolved in your favor.

I picked 1 item, something I figured was common, the wrought iron scroll candle holder, and did a search for it. Many came up and yours was priced more than double some of the identical, lower priced ones. If that's any indication of your pricing, well...
Just a thought, maybe shut the store down and start over again with new account, and new business plan?

Wow, that is an incredibly high defect rate. This is one of the reasons why eBay has strict rules about drop shipping. At this point you're probably demoted way down in search so buyers won't even see your items to make purchases. I don't know if you have any hope of recovering an account that far gone; if eBay permanently suspends your account it's against policy to create a new one. It's also against policy to create a new account while your current account is below standard.
To continue selling online you need to learn the many ways you went wrong and how to avoid the same mistakes with eBay (or any other venue you may attempt to sell on should your eBay account be suspended).
