The email usually gives a more specific reason, which often isn’t that the item isn’t authentic but that your description didn’t match the physical item.
Take another look at the email it should tell you.
I reread the email and apparently they are stating it is counterfeit. They have a page explaining why, however the page is down……thank you for responding so quickly. When I get it back, I’m going to have it authenticated by a reputable company.
