Bad form, or part of the game?

So, I've raised this question with a friend, and we have differing opinions, so I wanted to get some feedback from my fellow merchandisers:

Is it bad form to immediately relist an item you won in auction for a higher price, or is it all part and parcel for buyers and sellers?  One of us says it's bad form, while the other says if someone hasn't done the research you have, and doesn't pay attention to the market, all bets are off, and if you double or even triple your money, good on ya.

Opinions?

I'm pretty sure that 70% of my items sold, was resold for a higher amount. The other 30% was to someone that wanted it.
I'm happy with all of it.

Forgot my point, so I'll leave it at that. 😀
