hello fellow sellers I have two questions related to feedback. The first is I was always under the impression if there was a return claim eBay would remove any negative feedback from the transaction. This is what they always told me if I had a claim. I just had a case that I sent a buyer the wrong item by mistake because they are identical I had sent a better and more expensive item but that is here nor there. The item was not the one they paid for so being a responsible seller I had told the buyer they can keep the item and gave a full refund. They go and give me bad feedback. But seeing how this was attached to a claim shouldn’t it be removed? I did a revision request and eBay closed it keeping the feed back. How do I handle this ?
The second is I sent a buyer exactly what they paid for 2x 4 pack Duracell dx2500 aaa rechargeable batteries. And the revived 2 brand new packs sealed. At some point Duracell had changed the wrapping of the battery from green to standard Duracell logo wrapping the buyer went on Amazon seeing all kinds of different pricing and thought I must have gave them a lesser product even though Duracell only makes one kind of aaa rechargeable battery like there regular aaa there is only one type not different grades I explained this to buyer referee them to Duracells website and they keep saying but on Amazon and I replied on there just like here you will find prices all over the place please tell me what model they are on the back of the package incase there was some mix up I wooos like to sort it out I’m told dx2500 and I assured them they received exactly what they paid for they demand I sent them 50% back or they will open a claim or leave bad feedback as I won’t be extorted now I ignore and report buyer the next day theee is feed back saying I did not send them what they paid for don’t buy from seller it’s a scam I request to have removed under extortion and eBay closes it for not violating guidelines.. how is that possible ? If some one threatens a false claim and extortion and there feed back is not even accurate now I have something not even true and it’s telling people not to buy from me.. how do i proceed on getting these gone I don’t know how they were not removed please help
