Bad Buyer experience Monthly limited items

Hello:

On June 2024, I had a monthlyt limit due to a high BBE,

Evaluation Window: 2024-04-28~2024-07-20

Since last moth I cannot  make more listings.

A today july 30th I have lowered it in the CBT seller dashboard where it says Next Evaluation Date says: 2099-12-31

What would be the "real" next evaluation date? 3 months for the next evaluation window?

2024-07-21 thru 2024-10-20

According to the BBE policy, you are evaluated for this every Wednesday.

So your next evaluation would be on Aug 7, if that is correct. That would be for transactions from 2024-05-05 to 2024-07-27.

Hopefully you have the owner's permission to sell your items.

Did you pay a licensing fee to do so?
