BUYER STATES ITEM IS NOT EXACT TO THE DESCRIPTION AND SELLERS ARE IN TROUBLE

ONCE ON EBAY IF BUYER'S STATES THAT ITEM IS NOT EXACT TO THE DESCRIPTION OR IT VARIES SELLERS ARE IN TROUBLE

AFTER A DISCUSSION BUYER'S OPEN CASE AND ALWAYS EBAY FAVOURS BUYERS STATING THAT THEY DON'T HAVE PHYSICAL ACCESS TO THE ITEM,

IN RETURN ALSO SELLER'S HAVE TO BEAR ALL SHIPPING TO AND FRO 2 WAY SHIPPING COST

THIS THING IS WORST AND WHY ALWAYS SELLER'S WHO SELLS AFTER ALL THE HARD WORK SHOULD BEAR ALL LOSSES IF THEY ARE NOT WRONG THAN ALSO THEY HAVE TO BEAR ALL LOSSES OF TRANSACTION SHIPPING, COST PRICE ETC

THIS POLICY MUST BE CHANGE AFTER SEEING PICS AND COMPARING PICS FROM BUYER'S AND SELLER LISTED PICS AND DESCRIPTION EBAY SHOULD TAKE DECISION ON CASE

That's how it works.

Just because a seller SAYS they sent X, doesn't mean they sent X.

Just because a buyer SAYS they received X, doesn't mean they received X.

People LIE all the time on the internet, both buyers and sellers.

All Ebay can do is try to negate the transaction and refund the buyer when the seller receives his item (or something Smiley Indifferent ) back.

So yes, that's how it works.

The easier you are to offend the easier you are to control.

Pics don't prove anything. And before you suggest it, no, video doesn't prove anything either.

eBay expects sellers to know that running a business costs money, which includes returns.

eBay doesn't look at pics, and returns is an expected part of business.

eBay expects sellers to accept returns and pay return shipping.

Buyers have been paying for SNAD returns on eBay since eBay was founded until very recently!

That's Only My point Of View In Front Of You All That Every Time Seller is Not wrong So why Seller Bear All the Cost
Seller losses Product , First Time Shipping Than A Refund Or A Return Shipping
Also If Seller refuse Or Delay In Decision Receive A Neg Feedback On Account Too
So eBay Must Have Some Policy To Protect Sellers Also
