Can you believe this???? I received a return with used and empty product from this buyer and now ebay sent me this message!!!, that is incredible!!! 

A decision has been made about the dispute that was filed. The dispute was found in the buyer's favor.

As a result, you owe $46.78 plus a dispute fee of $20.00 to eBay. We will recover this amount from your account.

It happens. The best course of action is to do a refund and then report the buyer, followed by blocking the buyer.

Sorry for your situation.  You can report them to eBay or to their local police dept in what ever city or town they live in.  

PS You cannot name & shame on this forum. Posting peoples ID for what ever reason is a big no no.  Just giving you a heads up.  Hang in there.

Total **bleep**. This is not "Business as Usual". I would say more, but I fear there would be retaliation against my own account here. Update feedback to that buyer if possible, and change your return and refund policy to 100% in your favor.

If only the OP could update feedback left ................. it would be a good thing............  as the feedback left (even if deserved) is in violation of eBay policy.
