BUYER CLAIMED TO RECEIVE WRONG ITEM

Hi guys, I’m a new seller on ebay, my first sell went through successfully. My second attempt is taking a horrible turn. I sent Oculus Quest 2 to buyer but he claimed to receive clothing item. But the label he sent for the item is received is totally different from the address and name of the label i bought on ebay. How do i go about this please. Item is worth £285

He clearly has the wrong seller. I would politely let him know that he has contacted the wrong seller regarding the clothing item.
