Hello,
Please be aware of scammers using other people's account on Paypal/eBay, they are usually located in Oregon, these scammers are using a third-party shipping method. Please check your PayPal and see if there's an unauthorized claim!

What is a "third-party shipping method"? Drop shipping?

There is a large Asian regional freight fowarder in Portland, OR. I've had a couple items purchased that had a delivery address to that business. I didn't have any issues, but even if the the buyer tried to claim SNAD or INR they would not be able to claim the funds back because the use of the freight fowarding agent voids their eBay and Paypal buyer protection.

True for ebay only.
Not for paypal regarding SNAD. Buyer can still file but has to pay for return shipping.

This is exactly true. I mis-spoke the other day about Paypal buyer protection being voided with a forwarded package and it is being repeated. But the good news is the person does have to pay return shipping from wherever they are in the world.

Yes there is a large reshipper here in Oregon.
To win any "unauthorized use" charge back all you need is Proof of shipping to the PP transaction details address.
Upload tracking and call PP to have case closed under PP seller protection policy, ask to have your money released.
Always ship only to the "ship to" address showing on the PP transaction details page.
ALWAYS Log directly into your PP account for every sale made to verify funds and ship to address.
This alone will go along way in providing you a little amount of protection.
Some reshippers are flakey, most are ok and actually less risk than shipping directly out of the USA due to tracking is unavailable to many locations.
