Did you mean:

Automatic relisting switch off.

You cannot switch off Automatic relistings if they are Buy It Now even if you disabled the automatic relisting option. It only works with items sold by auction. The Buy It Now items will be automatically relisted up to 8 times by Ebay. To avoid this, watch your items for sale every day. When you see that an item has been relisted, cancel it. According to Customer Services, this is what you have to do, as I had the same issue with automatic relistings.

Automatic relisting switch off.

That "feature" has caused some issues for some sellers, if you are concerned about the automatic relisting causing you to exceed your free insertion limit I believe you can end the listing before it actually ends to avoid it counting against your insertion limit.

If/when it is automatically relisted it counts against that limit and may in fact push you beyond it. This has caught several sellers by surprise when they exceeded their limit and where hit with initial insertion fee on relisted items.

All fixed price listings have been in "Good until canceled" duration for several years.  Fixed price listings will roll over forever, NOT for just 8 months. They roll over each month on the same date as they began. For instance, a listing that begins today will renew on October 16, November 16, December 16, etc.

To avoid this rollover, and an insertion fee if you have used up your free insertions for the month, just cancel the listing before its rollover date.
