Is this a joke ? decided to sell off some of my Adidas Spezial collection not realising that my trabs would be diverted to some “Ebay Authenticity specialists” - So now 3 of my buyers have since opened cases against me for non receipt of the shoes despite me having sent them - all as signed for with proof of postage - and Ebay have now “ found in favour of the buyers” **bleep** ?????

Try posting the question on the UK board. This is the US board and I'm not sure if our rules are the same for filing an appeal.

If you have proof of delivery of items being sent to the address that you were given when the buyers paid, then you should not be responsible for non delivery. Is it possible that ebay found in favour of the buyer but that they (ebay) are refunding and not taking the money from you? If not, you need to contact customer service in the UK.
