Hi, I sold a handbag and it went through ebay's authenticity guarantee program. It passed inspection and was delivered to the buyer. Buyer messaged me today saying she wants to return for a full refund because the bag was too small. I don't offer returns and the only reason I started selling on ebay again was because their policy says if a seller in the authenticity guarantee program doesn't accept returns and the listing passes inspection, it's considered a final sale and seller will not be responsible for return. So, what do I do now? Does ebay authenticity guarantee no longer have the no returns policy?

If you provided the size info and the bag is authenticated as conforming to your description, you can reply via message and decline buyer's return request. If a return request is opened, decline there. If buyer leaves negative feedback it's covered by Seller Protection. Contact eBay support and it'll be removed within the hour.

@jillsconsignment The buyer isn't challenging the authenticity of the purse, and they selected a buyer's remorse reason for a return. You are then free to decline the request. But i cannot find any feedback policy that states you will be protected from negative feedback when declining a return request.
@robxznyc can you provide the policy that covers feedback removal in the case of declined returns?

You can't quote but can infer this information from Seller Protection. This is to prevent users from gaming the system. When seller has no return policy and provides accurate description of product size, declining return request for size/fit issue is a reasonable seller response that's protected against buyer's action intended to cause harm. I received two negative feedbacks this year for declining return due to fit issue. Both feedbacks were removed within the hour of my request.
