Authenticator sends back Nike Shoes for no reason

For the first time, I got sent back Nike Shoes for the authenticator saying that the shoes do not match the description. I can not understand what happened, since the shoes do match the photos and description. When I tried to contact eBay to get more details about the situation I just get automated answers. I even opened a case with no human answers either.

I also suspect that it is affecting the sales on my store, like my listing are not shown as much as before in the results.

Did someone have a similar experience, and how did you solve it?

At first there were complaints they were not checking the description only if it was the real brand. Now they seem to have gone too far the other way and are rejecting items.   Unless they say why, it could be tough to know what they were unhappy about.
