Hi all, i have trainers for sale on my account and every pair over £100 is covered by eBay authentication but there is one pair that are not.
They are Nike air max 90, i have about 15 pairs of 90s which are all covered ?
These are not part of a lot, they are not customised, they are genuine. Can anyone suggest a reason as getting in contact with a human from eBay is quite hard.
Item no. is 326007362390
many thanks.

This is just a guess, but maybe it will be useful.
I compared the listing you mentioned (which has now been ended) and the new one for the same pair of sneakers that you have started, to the other listings you have active which do have the Authentication service on them.
One difference is that you are including a free Nike keyring. Perhaps that means these are considered to be a "lot"? I don't think that extra items are supposed to be included with items going to the authenticators.
"Details : This pair comes with a Nike snowflake keyring in original box and tissue."

Thank you for getting back to me mate I appreciate it. I posted my problem and had people telling me off for what and why I was selling. Didn’t seem the most helpful of community boards.
I contacted eBay support and they insisted it was because I had international shipping but that wasn’t it.
I deleted the item and relisted it and the authentication tick came right up.
I had the key ring text in there on the new listing so I’ll never know.

I'm glad that worked out for you. What's the item number for the new listing, that worked? I wanted to take a look, but I couldn't find it.
