I sold a watch which included an original omega watch box with the order. I packed the watch in the watch box to protect the box, which was was sent to the a authenticator.
The authenticator wrote the watch band was not an omega but the watch was. So it did not pass. However, theauthenticato did not send back the watch box with the watch, which writing a watch box was not included in the fedex package.
I called and spoke with customer service they the opened a case and closed it right stating that the authenticator said that the box was not included. Taking the word of the authenticator over my word. So, no seller protection.
It it was a buyer that did not return all of the product then I guess I would be protected.
They said they will not do anything for me and the the case was closed.
It just does not make any sense that I would not know if I sent the watch box or not, as I put the watch in the box as part of the protection for the watch. The cost to ship was $68 so it was a big deal shipping it.
Is there any recourse for this issue?
