Hi, I just started selling on ebay and I'm noticing false bids and agree to purchase. Buyer makes offer and I accept, however after that there is no communication whatsoever. Do I have to wait 4 days to cancel the order?

It costs nothing for a buyer to make multiple offers or make multiple bids to different buyers, and then only pay for the one that winds up being the cheapest.
The only effective way to combat this is to set your prices at what you are willing to sell for, and list as Fixed Price with Immediate Payment Required.
As an aside ...
If you check your account, I believe the empty Seagrams bottle you have listed three times at auction for 99 cents with a reserve price has cost you $15 in reserve price fees.

Yes sadly you need to wait..
On day 5 cancel due to non-payment and relist..
Do NOT text with buyer or ship until eBay says you have been paid & awaiting shipment..

As a new seller do not list high priced items on ebay your going to be a target of scammers whilst your feedback is low. Why do auctions? You won't get dead beat fake bids if you list goods til canceled with immediate payment selected.
