Are impressions and traffic down in the seller hub?

My traffic and impressions haven't updated since february 24th. I thought maybe it was a weekly thing and I just never noticed but as of march 9th they still haven't updated.  Is this normal?

Unfortunately, yes it is normal.

Our site hasn't updated as well since Feb 24th. Not sure if it is related, but they have had some corporate layoffs, that might have caused the lack of update.

So why am i paying for the seller hub if it isnt working for a month.  The only reason i got it was to track this kind of stuff. Time to call customer service. Thanks for all your help
