Are AUCTION STYLE listing automatically relisted or just fixed price?
I have experienced eBay relisting auctions style listing.

They added it a wile back. You need to disable it if you don't want it.

Fixed price listings continuously rollover every month.
Auction style listings can be set to auto-relist.
