It looks like it's trying to have you log in to a specific area of "res.ebay.co.uk," where the "res" is presumably some kind of resolution info area or form for you to complete, but that big ugly mess of a link may not be working properly.
One other question first, though: is your password really six miles long, as your screenshot seems to suggest? That big long line of asterisks in the password field doesn't look right. Have you tried deleting that and typing in your password manually?
