been on ebay over 25 years but selling for about 7 years with close to 19000 feedback at 99.9% .

had issue with one customer regarding PWHL puck ,they claimed it was fake ( claiming i attached sticker to the puck) when that's not true since we buy directly from the company that are exclusive to produce them . After we gave her refund and told she can even keep the puck 13 of my items were flagged as Counterfeit ( no explanation ) first contacted ebay and like everyone else we can't transfer you but someone will be in touch with you . Started appeal myself on 3 items by providing them invoices from the company were items were purchased . After 3 days received message on ebay that my appeal we denied .

How do you prove you not guilty ?????

Appeal

You dont.

Not sure if it was the complaint that the item was counterfeit that put you on the radar, but eBay removed items as counterfeit.

You appealed and eBay said no so it is no.

Nothing to do but move on.

Do not relist the items pulled and just beware that you are now being watched by the bots.

In the eBay user agreement, you agree that eBay can remove your listings for any reason they want, or for no reason at all:

"we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion"
