Me and my husband both have ebay accounts. Would like to transfer his listings to me and only have one account. Two stores is kinda overkill.

You can subscribe to a third party listing tool @kamtiques to download listings from one eBay account then upload them to a different eBay account.
eBay does not currently offer a way to transfer listings between accounts.
If you're talking a small number of listings just use the "sell one like this" link on the listing underneath the listing photos. You'll have to copy/paste your description and upload photos, enter price and shipping, but the category, title and item specifics will copy over.

You can do it as @wastingtime101 time suggests, I use SixBit to run multiple accounts and I can swap any listings between accounts anytime I want.
A cheaper but similar program is Wonderlister.
On your id you only have 223 listing currently, unless that is an unusually low number you don't really need to pay for a Store subscription.
It might also be possible to use eBay Reports to download your existing listings, change the seller account and then upload them back to eBay. It might taking a little bit of work with the .csv download (I've never tried) but I don't think it's that complex.
Both SixBit and Wonderlister have a free trial so if all you want to do is combine the listings you could use that.

I do it with Inkfrog. I'm not sure how much it is now (I'm grandfathered in at around $10). You just add both IDs and can switch items as you like.
Like Slippinjimmy suggested for sixbit and wonderlister, they may have a free trial.
