Anyone having issues selecting shipping service in their new listings?

Just created a new listing. Every time I select my USPS service, it holds for about 5 seconds and then disappears. 

I decided to save as draft, wait a while and go back to finish listing. Still having same issue.

     I have had the same issue a couple of times and like you simply saved as a draft and went back later and finished it up without any problem, most of the time. Problem seems to be intermittent.

I was finally able to list but had to use a flat rate shipping price. I also noticed I had to adjust my shipping block list by adding back on Alaska & Hawaii.

Note: I created this new listing from a similar that I have listed with the same setting.

Yes, the new listing tool takes me much longer to get an item listed.  Shipping was very confusing, not easy like it was before they put  the new listing tool in effect.   This morning when I tried to find "sent messages", I could not find that after using it for 20 years.  The message did show, but not that it has actually been sent.   Changes ebay is making are very frustrating to me, when they used to be easy and are much more time consuming for me now.  I also saw something about using "shipping preferences" but when I went to the shipping area on the listing, I could not find it. I was trying to find "allow combined shipping payments and shipping" so that I did not have to include it in my description.  An agent who I got knew where I could find that.  It is under account under selling, and is not in the listing portion where I was trying to find it.  I looked under preferences in the listing and could not find it there.

After trying to list an item for 20 minutes (with the above problem), I clicked on the link in the message "You are using business policy, which is not supported by this listing tool, please sign up Seller Hub so you can use the business tool to list items properly."  I had done it before, but then Ebay recommended that I not use it.  But the human I was chatting with didn't seem to know what to do either ...

So once I was in Seller Hub, I was able to list the item with no problems.  Media mail with dimensions saved.
