I tried reaching out to eBay to ask for a template or response suggedtions when I write to the company to kindly ask them to remove the VERO, but they told me they cannot help and I am on my own.
So, which leads me to wonder if anyone has a template that hits on all the points I should when writing to the company?

This link might be of help to you. Not a template, but the policy.

Every VeRO claim is different, so a template might not be that helpful. I've only done it once, but I just wrote a simple letter explaining the situation, and they agreed and sent to eBay a retraction of the claim, so we could list the item (it's been long enough I forget what it was, I think some type of DVD set). Sometimes they'll explain where you went wrong instead, like using stock photos, and you can agree to correct it in exchange for them lifting the claim.

What was the item? Depending on the reason for the removal it may not be worth your effort to try to get the restriction lifted. There are a LOT of other alternatives for selling items where VERO doesn't come into play. There are a lot of items I won't even attempt to list on eBay these days due to their ever increasing list of restricted and prohibited items as well as the VERO program.
Even if you do get an approval from the company to list the item there is a chance it may be picked up again.

"All the points" will vary drastically depending upon what the company is complaining about.
Are they saying it is counterfeit, fake, or unlicensed?
Are they saying it is a product they still own and the use of it was only licensed?
Are they complaining that you are using their trademark, copyright, or images in your listing?
Are they complaining that you are suggesting a warranty exists when it is not transferable?
