Chinese resellers are offering pennies on the dollar?  And many are not paying or asking to cancel after an Unpaid Item strike because the USPS is not shipping overseas. Guess they know they have us over a barrel now.

Your post does not make much sense.  Chinese tend to be direct sellers and not resellers.  To the best of my knowledge they are not offering anything to US sellers.  Also, to the best of my knowledge, international mail is continuing.  So not quite sure what barrel you imagine yourself, or others, to be splayed upon.

Oh, I sell processors and RAM, 99% of my customers are Chinese resellers. USPS and FedEx have announced surcharges and moratoriums on International shipments, especially to China. No worries, we all are in different markets.

A UID cannot be closed in favour of a cancellation. Or vice versa.

The seller can only close the UID (without reimbursement of FVF) or continue with the UID giving the buyer a Strike.

Looks like your choices are either to Block Chinese buyers who do not use freight forwarders or put a notice in your descriptions IN CHINESE about tariffs and blocks.

Canada Post is not shipping to a large number of countries, but has already started reopening shipping to some as the pandemic flattens.  The stoppage has mostly been on the part of the receiving countries.
