Anyone else having this issue with listings this month?

Since this Service Metrics came out last month, Ive noticed a decline in my sales. I'm sure eBay says that has NOTHING to do with it at all. I call **bleep** on that because I called last week to inquire about something and told them I hadn't had sales like I was having an the CSR saids she would "refresh" my listings. As soon as she did while on the phone I got 2 sales back to back. Then the rest of the day I was getting sales, I got some on Saturday but after Saturday......NADA. I am not a big time seller never claim to be but I know what my store does and it shows I'm down almost 39% from last month.  How the heck is that? I usually sell 10+ items a day. I'm now down to 1 or some days none! So, is there anyone else having this issue??

My sales have been in the dumps for several months.

So far, I have had 2 sales in October, 10 sales in September, 10 sales in August.
