Anyone else have this glitch, Automatic Relist check box not showing up for auctions?

I was going to list a few items, but when I looked for the option to have ebay automatically relist my item up to 8 times, I couldn't find it!  Anyone else have this glitch?

Id like to know as well. At least the auctions weren't gtc. Maybe they are now? That would be a bummer.
