It looks like there's a problem with this listing.
We do not have “best offer” on anything and are unable to adjust “0” quantity listing and we are unable to adjust prices. What is up?

Zero quantity listings should be showing in your unsold listing page unless you are opted into the zero quantity active listing feature. Click here to learn more.
If this listing is not showing in this area, then it must still be active which would mean you are already active in the explained above.
If you are certain you are lot opted in then I would probably clear my cache files. You might be seeing an older page which is showing out of date info.
I hope that helps

All our listings are “active.” All our listing are updated. Any other ideas?

If thie listing you are trying to find an answer to is active with a zero quantity then you are opted into the out of stock active listing feature. I would look carefully through your messages. If the listing is a long running GTC listing the best offer might have come a long time ago and the listing has been zero quantity for a long time? Buyers also can make an offer right through the message system as well.
You can probably call and ask details about

The same thing is happening to me. It started last night. One of my listings had ended unsold after 30 days. I clicked "sell similar item" like I always do and made a few changes to the original listing and re-activated it but realized I forgot to lower the price. I clicked to revsie the price of my active listing and got the identical error message you did. I have NEVER had "best offer" on any of my listings and this listing was technically "new" so there was no "offer" on it.
Just now I tried to "add 1" to a "multiple quanity" ,"good till cancelled" listing of mine and I get the identical error message. The ad in question currently has a quanity of 2 and 2 sold (original quanity 4) with NO best offer option. I`m so sick of these glitches.

This is a screenshot of the error message. I tried cleaning cookies/cache. I`m going to try a different browser and report back. I`m currently using firefox.

On a non-store account I revised a listing. Ebay counted that as one of my free 50. Watch out...get it right the first time, ebay is obviously counting revisions now in your totals.

Oh they want us here. They just want us to pay through the nose to be here. Another gotcha! moment from ebay. Is this revisions counting as part of your listing totals been announced? Of course not. After the fact is the way ebay likes to do it.

i'm having the exact same problem with my item, I can't edit the price or quantity, it gives me error message: "Product details cannot be edited because this listing has pending offers." I am trying to change the quantity from 1 to 0, but it also doesn't let me change the price with quantity 1.
I don't even have best offer on this listing.

I have a similar problem. I am attempting to add to description for an auction item with bids. It ends in 3 days, I dont have best offer. I get an error message that I cant add to description if there is an active Best Offer.
I DONT HAVE BEST OFFER FOR ANYTHING AND THIS IS FOR AN AUCTION!!!!!!
