Back when the PGP (pottery glass & porcelain) board was THE go to board for that, then they had the brilliant idea of moving one of the most used boards to groups....

The did the same thing with the Coins Board.  Getting help from any specialty board on eBay now is almost impossible, the Coin Board is a ghost town.  A huge resource of free genuine experts was lost with the Board reorganizations.

Since management has changed since that poor decision was undertaken... perhaps the new Community Chiefs should consider putting old category boards back into the Discussion Board navigation?

People wanting coin help would be better off posting on the Soapbox today - since that's where most of the few remaining old Coin Board people congregate - but there is no way they'd know that (or be able to find that either).

There is a thread about Groups on the Community Platform FB board. You guys should make these suggestions there for certain boards to be added back to Discussions under Categories. The team is listening to FB and if enough people request certain groups be reinstated to board status Alan + team might listen...

Ironstone is a trade name for a very durable ceramic that contains no iron and cannot rust. If it has rust on the bottom, it was most likely left sitting for some time on a metal surface which rusted due to moisture trapped there.

If it's transferred rust then Gymbo might be able to remove it with some steel wool or maybe even a magic eraser.

Barkeeper's friend. Easy peasy, especially on unglazed portion of foot.

It's a yard sale item at best anyway, sorry to say.
