Only seems to happen on listings where I have had someone ask a question. And no, it is not just because I have an active offer out on it because there are other listings where I have active offers out and the listing still shows up when I click on revise.
Usually my "later" is about five seconds later, and the tool works.
But what are you trying to do exactly? The customer asks a question.
Are you clicking on the title of the listing, which is part of the Message, to see what you have written and give an answer?
Why do you need the Selling Tool to answer a question?
If the customer is advising you of a mistake in the listing or asking you to add further information or a picture, you can do that by clicking on Revise, right there on the listing.
I don't know what the heck is going on with certain listings. What I am trying to do is simply revise something in my listing like I do with any of my other listings. Even the listings that have active offers and have locked "restrictions" as far as what I am allowed to alter still typically show the entire listing when I click on "revise". For what ever reason, I have two listings recently where potential buyers have asked me a question, and then I went to that item and clicked on revise but was met with that message I mentioned. I can't really say if there is a correlation with a buyer asking a question and this happening, but seems that is what I am experiencing. I have never has this happen before. I even responded to the questions to see if I could then revise but still got that message. And yes those particular listings did have active offers and likely had locked restrictions, but so do other listings I have up and I can still see them when I click on revise.
