Any possible way to like label your ebay listing so I can label it on my container?

I have many listings for cloths for small figure toys. Sometimes its hard to find them in my containers and I have to search each and everytime to find the correct one in my correct container slot. Any possible way I can like put a number on my listing and then make the same number label to add on my container to sort out faster? So like heres an a example. Cloth 1 goes to Container Labeled in 1, Cloth 34 goes to Container Labeled in 34. Does ebay have a feature like that? I dont want to change my title and add the numbers, becuse it would ruin it, and I dont have enough space for it.

I just take a picture with a note and stock number i assigned to it and I label boxes ex. 1-50, i attach paper i took photo with to the item or put each piece in a small bag with the item number, then i add to my listing stock number so its in item specifics and also in the picture. It is easy and super easy and saves so much time when i sell something. I just look for box with that number and done. You an print a sheet with numbers, like a sheet of plain labels or just write numbers on them.

I already added all my custom labels, but it doesnt update it on the listings I just sold... Do I have to wait and see once someone buys again, it will pop up?
