Was doing really good and im not sure exactly why but all my listings got taken down and then i got an email stating that my account was taken down for "activity that we believe is a risk to our community". Ive been selling for years now and never had any problems like this before. Im still selling the usual stuff i normally do and havnt had any listings taken down for years now. My transaction defect rate is 0.19 and late shipment rate is currently at 2.36 with everything having tracking purchased through ebay so they get tracking uploaded as soon as the item is shipped. Only have had one neutral in the last 6 months and a negitive past the 6 months everything else is past 12 months. I did cancel about 5 orders only one was because i messed up on sizing and the rest the buyers asked to cancel. I havnt had any cases opened for a long while now the only thing i can think of is one return and the buyer opened it under "changed my mind" and one item i refunded because the buyer said it wasnt in that good of condition so i just sent him a full refund and he said thanks. I love using ebay and have for so long i do my best when packaging and mailing im really worried and any advice would be much appreciated. thanks.

So sorry for your situation. You've been an ebay seller for some time now with great feedback. The only thing I can think of that may have caused your restriction would be cancelling several orders. That can be the kiss of death.
Try reaching out on social media via Facebook and see if they can give you some insight and hopefully get your account back on track:

Good luck.

I wish i had a answer for you. But playing in Ebays sand box gives Ebay the power to shut a seller down for any reason at any time they want. Hopefully Ebay is not your only selling venue.

Thanks. Ya I'm going to try to provide whatever they ask for just came out of the blue. Ebay was my only selling venue just never had a reason to try anywhere else at least for anything that I couldn't just sell locally.

Did they say why it was restricted in the first place?

Not really they said "was a security measure intended to help protect you and ebay community." I had quit a few things happen that i think could have set alarms off. Like a Pokémon card bundle went extremely high in auction that made my sales boost up a lot the buyer didnt pay and said it was his son bidding but i think that could have been a factor since it would have made my weeks earnings the same as a months. I also recently started to dedicate more time into posting and started to post about 5x as much as i normally do.
