Any advice on what to use to clean up items?

I bought a lot of used Blues Clues Notebooks to sell on here, but cleaning them is proving much harding than expected. Scrubbing the dry erase pages with paper towels or an eraser takes a really long time with how deeply the previous owner scribbled on the pages, really starts to hurt my hands after a while, and I end up going through lots of different paper towels and erasers fast. Meanwhile, using something like nail polish remover ends up staining or worse damaging the pages. To anyone else selling similar items, is there a better way to clean these up?

Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.  It did remove some permanent black marker off an item for me.

Use only a small piece to test with.

I'm a fan of Magic Eraser, too. I don't know of the dry erase pages, but I assume a microfiber cloth won't do it?

Using chemicals will damage the surface .

I would only recommend using a dry erase marker to scribble over the old scribbles and wiping with a magic eraser.

Lift your left leg at midnight to start off on the right foot. Happy new Year!

I think the OP was looking for a way to do less work, not make more work.
