Another day another glitch - tracking code not showing up

On one of my other accounts bought a label and shipped a package.

Today I noticed that I had a "overdue late shipment" notice on the account, and sure enough package now says not shipped.

Of course I panicked because I remember said package having gone out.

Turns out... I did purchase the label, sent it to the right customer.

But eBay software DID NOT register it as having shipped, no tracking.

Went to labels tab and it was there, copied it and then tried to add it to the sold listing but it is there. Can't add it, can't update... and it is still marked "not shipped".

I have to call CS, but I don't have the energy/patience at the moment.

Mark the item as Shipped first, then add the tracking number. See if that works.

I had 2 of those today as well. I made sure I did ship (just to do those i's) and went it to mark as shipped. They already had the tracking numbers in them however. Once I clicked marked as shipped, the page refreshed and both items disappeared. Wierdness that def raised my pulse!

Went back to mark as shipped, and it updated when delivered!
