Another Search Result Thread But Is Anyone Else Seeing This ? Is It New

Doing some shopping this morning and it returned the below remark header 

Brings me back  to the day years ago that I thought they had taken my copper pot out of search and I worked with Griff and the search team at the time when they started category constraints  and found that you had to go to the left column area to find others, because they decided to show me Home & Garden for the copper pot not a collectible
Well years later it appears now buyers will be aware there are more categories or listings, Wondering if all browsers & devices will see the same thing.

I'm pretty sure that header is different from the category selection which eBay calls "implicit category navigation," because I'm not seeing that header in search results pages with the category choice. It seems that header refers to some other type of narrowing of the display.

I'd like to duplicate your results, but when I search on cuisinart dbm-8, I get a results page with all categories, 336 results, and no notification.  Did your results page include just one category, or "All"?  When I narrow my search results to just the "Coffee grinders" category, it shows 301 results, so it seems impossible that your alert is about a selected category.

Here it is from the very top & All was selected searching lowest to highest price , now I just clicked the view all & it returned  338 results
So I just tried a brand new search
cuisinart dbm-8  and clicked search, it went to  Best Match and showed 338 without the orange flag, now when I switch it to lowest first it brings it back to we removed some.

Ah, now I get the same reslts as you, when I switch to "Lowest first".  And it's still indicating 'All" categories. Perhaps they've eliminated the priciest ones?  I get all 338 when sorting by anything else (highest first, distance, etc.)

I guess it's impossible to try to figure out search !!
So when I clicked view all it brought up 1 cheapier item at $8.99 but am not going to try to figure out what the other one's are within the search. 
and that cheapier item is in the same category of small appliances, coffee grinder, but they didnt show it to me  until I clicked that view all.
Ok I give up.
