Another Duplicate Listing

Just sold an item and it was already sold 12 days ago, this is getting out of hand and has been happening to me a lot lately, luckily buyers have been nice and understanding about it, but it could net me a neg sooner or later.

I had an item roll off without a bid ... a couple of days later I went to my unsold and pressed the relist button.  The next day anoter item rolled off and when I went to my unsold list there were 2 items "unsold" so I pressed the relist button on both and realized one I had already listed from there a couple of days prior so I ended the item.  I presently have the first one listed and that same one is still in my unsold list!

Thats the problem I don't know how many that could have happened with, and I have very few auctions so I'm not sure how it's happening, as many listings as I have it would take forever to go through them all and you don't really know where to start so you have to either stumble across them or they remove themselves when they sale again which can always potentially turn out bad.

@rolenboy01,  Do you have eBay's duplicate listing tool link?

I didn't know they had such a thing, I thought their system was supposed to catch it.

About once a week and after every bulk listing, I download all my active listings into Turbo Lister and sort them alphabetically.  I then inventory my solds and start deleting off ebay. 

Of course I could be using all that time making listings.  But no, I have to undo ebay new UA accepted practices.
