Android uploading photo problem

My android laptop just updated to the latest ebay app and now when I try to upload photos to create a new listing:

1) I can't access photos on cloud

2) The photos tab shows all photos in random

3) Albums tab shows only the Downloads album

In the past I could easily upload photos from any album I want and I saw the photos in proper order.

Anyone else has the same problem?
