An error occurs while trying to create a seller acount

I will be sent a security code to verify my phone number to ebay when creating a seller account using the side map and select automatic payment method under my selling account there. There I get an error like this .. Please tell me a way to fix this.

Best to contact eBay as this is a USA seller board and you are outside the USA

Your names & info on the accounts (phone, debit or credit card, bank, payoneer) must match and be the same.  Please go back and check to see if this is the issue.
