Amount not refunded by Ebay team

Hi Team,

       My amount is not return back by ebay. I have purchase an item on 14th of April 2017 and still the time I am not getting my amount. Also they are not providing the valid reason.

Tell us more of what happened so you can get some help.

Was this an international sales - where are you located, where is the seller located, and what is the last estimated date of delivery?  Have you filed an eBay case in the Resolution Center for "item has not been received"?  If so, what date did you file, and what date can you ask eBay to step in and help?
