For the past week, when I search for items on EBAY and get the same or similiar items as a pop-up's across the top of my screen. Has anyone else experienced this? If Ebay buyers are getting a similar reaction, this draws buyers away from EBAY.

These are 3rd party cookies. Clear your full history including all cookies. Then go into your preferences and click not to accept 3rd party cookies.

Thanks, but I've already fixed it.

Take some time to read up on "malicious re-directs". This problem that is happening is NOT malware, NOT cookies, NOT a virus. It's because Ebay took money from a fake ad server that has implemented a malicious re-direct on the site. It will happen randomly and it appears to only be happening to Apple Ipad users.
My solution was to simply close out the Safari Ebay tab and open a new tab for Ebay. I haven't seen it since. If Ebay hasn't eradicated the fake ad company, though, I'll see it again.

I’m getting the amazon spin the wheel pop ups when using eBay. Why doesn’t eBay do something about it????
We don’t need ebay they need us. I’m really tired of the pop ups and ready to delete my account. After so many years I would think ebay would care a little! I can’t even figure out how to contact eBay which tells me too big for their britches syndrome.

try clearing out your cookies. And you are being tracked at what you are looking for . It's probably an amazon cookie whey you visited the site and searched there as well.

Five month old post, but I never-ever get pop-ups on ebay or anywhere else. I consider most all of them malicious. At most, if there was a pop up, my browser may show a message that it blocked it and gives the option to open or not.
Using Firefox and Chrome both with Adblock plus and uBlock. Have ccleaner that deletes evrything (configurable) when closing the browsers, and occasionally scan for malware, don't allow search toolbars that sometimes come loaded with software
Never had a "smartphone" so maybe it's mostly a phone thing?

It is either Amazon Assistant app that can be uninstalled or it is a browser extension. In my case, it was a browser extension so I just deleted it under the browsers extensions. If it is an app, you can remove through Start->Settings->Apps & Features and uninstall. Alternatively, you can search your computer for AmazonAssistant-US.msi and run it, it will give you an uninstall option. I do not know when I opted into this, but I am starting to feel the same way about Amazon as I do about Google. I am slowly extricating myself from both ecosystems.
