Buyer requested a return (Reason: I don't like it)
Within 2 hours, I apologized it wasn't to their liking and issued them an eBay return label (Free Returns)
Once seller dropped it off at post office (Tracking showing in USPS Possession) I issued full refund.
I regularly check my feedback and never noticed it, (when looking at feedback) but when I'm in the section 'Paid and Shipped', it now shows 'Negative feedback received'. I don't know if it just takes a second, but It's not showing up yet.
Is there a delay? 😞

The negative feedback may have been automatically removed by ebay especially if it was one of your items that has free returns.

It is 60 Day Free Returns. But I'm not a TRS or anything though.

Can't speak for the feedback part. But in the future, don't refund the money until it's actually in your possession.

If a buyer reports that an item isn't as described
If the buyer reports the item didn't match the listing and requests a return, you are protected from negative and neutral feedback if you offer free returns, accept the return, and give a refund.

(You have to expand the hidden parts and dig into the part on protections for all sellers to see the section I quoted.)

...it should apply to remorse returns too if they're willing to do it for not as described returns.

The negative feedback may have been automatically removed by ebay. For free return

You've been on Ebay 10 days. What are you selling to have knowledge of this issue? Please stop cutting and pasting others replies here. People volunteer their time & experience to be helpful here on this forum. It's disrespectful & not nice.

What many sellers don't realize @dqdistribution is there are 2 separate seller protection policies. One (the first one launched) applies to sellers that offer free returns and have a status of Above Standard or higher. The other (the second one launched) applies to TRS sellers and free returns are not required.
So the responder that said the FB was automatically removed because of your free returns policy is correct. Just offering free returns isn't enough to get negs removed. The buyer has to actually return something using your free returns policy, which your buyer did. So the system did its thing and your FB page is clear.
