If you look at the sold items it shows that they sold for $14.95.
This is a case of putting a super high price on a item to hold its place until new stock comes in .

If you look at the previous sales you'll see the normal prices that actual sales have been.

This seller doesn't know about the out of stock option for FP MQ listings so when they are out of stock they jack the price up. I bet it helps their impression ratio as well given they must get a lot of curious views.
