9 days after item was shipped buyer just send a message "Item not need anymore"!?
This is international shipping and all is OK through tracking, he will receive it probably today or tomorrow...much earlier then estimated date.
I dont accept returns but I think if someone accept this is not reason, reason is when something is not Ok with item.
Also cancelation can be done before item is sent I think..
This message was so frustrating to me...without any explanation..
What to do, Im afraid of neg. FB I see his feedbacks (many negatives for sellers), Im I protected through Ebay policy?
Thanks.

He will probably open an item not as described case and you will be required to accept it.
And that "don't accept returns" stance of yours means nothing in the above scenario.
Maybe do a little more reading.

Did you reed my message?
He can open an item not as described case, but he firstly said (before he even receive item) that he dont need item anymore...
What kind of service is Ebay when this misuse can past?
Sellers are not golden fish to fulfill wishis.
As a seller I done my job properly.
Thank you.

When a buyer files a return request eBay doesn't question the reason the buyer picks.
If they pick a remorse reason, changed their mind or no longer want it, then you can refuse the return.
If they chose a reason that's covered by MBG you'll be forced to refund and you must provide return shipping money up front if you want the item returned.
If your buyer is honest and chooses the reason as he no longer wants it you won't have to accept the return so stay hopefull that happens. If he says it's not as described you'll be forced to refund but you can report the buyer for abusing the MBG.

It is called Ebay service to sellers. I am surprised you are unaware that this is how Ebay works.

You are in Serbia. It's possible that eBay policies are different there, but the replies you've received so far are correct. Try one of the Euro boards.
