I was selling two items for each 99 plus shipping
An aggressive customer ask me to offered 80 each no shipping. (Once the customer made an offer even if I had Buy in Now no offers… the 80 dollars appeared on my item! making me all confused, and eBay pasted the amount on the top as if it was sold. That confused me because how is eBay posting something that I have NOT approved. Well for the moment I though this was a fact. I told the customer that although they were posted ‘buy it now” with no offers, Y will accept since he was buying both items but he had to pay for one shipping. Well it appeared as both sold at 80 ?? so I thought It did. He only paid for the one at 80, me thinking paid for both generated a label and there I realize the warning that the customer needed to pay the other one.
I message so many times letting him know I was going to cancel the label if he did not pay the 95 I gave him many hours I cancelled the label. I waited some more, many more messages. So I cancelled the 80 order and refunded his money. I decided to block him. I had a headache lol. I did but later I know it did not work because later he paid for the 95 but I was ??? then I asked him to pay the 80. It looks like the message is going but no replies. many messages again… so his 95, customer said the $ is not going through. I delete the 80 listing until I know what to do. I don’t like when eBay post the amount the customer wants to pay making it look like is sold, and it posts sold!!! So at the moment I’m in limbo. I want to delete the other 95.00 but it states to ship it but eBay is holding the money. Im so confused. Hopefully I did not confused you more than I am. thank you. 😉

There are a couple parts of this story I don't understand.

It looks like one of the listings had OBO and the other didn't. (If you 'pretend' to 'Sell similar', you'll see how it was first listed.) I'm seeing that the buyer owes you $80 + $15 (on the OBO) and $99 + $0 (on the BIN). Oh, and you can't block the buyer for these orders since you have the transactions with them.
I think you cancelled too quickly. Did you use the proper Out of Stock reason for the cancellation?
If the buyer needs to wait for his/her credit to process before paying again, maybe you can salvage the orders.

Your glucose test strips have expiration dates that should be posted in the listing. Even though it is not a drug. Test strips do lose their reliability and can give inaccurate readings if they are expired and can be dangerous to the diabetic using expired test strips.

You listed two (?) items for $99 (or cents?) each.
You received an offer of $80 including shipping.
Since you did not have Best Offer on the listing(s) were the Offers through eBay Messages?
You counter-offered at $80 for each plus $10 shipping, a total of $170.
The buyer paid $80. and still owes $90 (or $95?).
customer said the $ is not going through.
This is often a scam.
I delete the 80 listing until I know what to do.
Do you mean you cancelled the Paid transaction or that you cancelled the unpaid second transaction?
What reason did you use if you cancelled the Paid transaction?
It seems that English is not your first language. Sometimes it helps to write out your problem in your first language and then post just like that.
Many members are already bilingual (my second language is French) and the rest of us have Google Translate.
Use "enter" at the end of each sentence to make the post easier to read.

I've been selling on ebay for over 20 years.
I've never had anything "appear" to have sold.
Either it sold or they didn't.
This is too confusing for me!
