This has been an ongoing problem for months
I have asked on Weekly chat many times as well as on these boards
Message #49 From March and still no update !!!
https://community.ebay.com/t5/Weekly-Chat-with-eBay-Staff/Community-Chat-March-4-1-00-pm-PT-General-...
I am amazed more sellers are not upset over this
we keep getting answers of this isn't how I look up items or stores
but NO ONE can say how all perspective buyers would search and using the Advanced and clicking on the left column for Find Stores SHOULD find all store user ID'S and it doesn't
Some it displays others it doesn't

Anything on this yet ? since the March 4th Chat ?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. Are there any others that can supply additional information. When anybody asks me what am I sellings on ebay this advanced search feature is how I tell them to find my sale items. This is the first time I have encountered this feature not working. Does it work sometime or has it stopped working altogether? How can anybody find an individuals store? I feel this is a critical feature that needs/should work!

If you are communicating with someone via email or messages, you can send them a link to your store by pasting the link into the message.

Anyone that knows your username should be able to find your items for sale by going through the Advanced Search page. And once they find any current listing they have a link to your store.

Thanks for your reply, You are right that somebody can find a store by usuing a current lisiting. The issue is that isn't this kind of a back door way to finding a store? The advance search leads you to believe that it will get you to a store and it will not. It certainly is round about way to tell someone how to find your store. Also many people who ask are individuals not that familiar with ebay it does not take much to get them lost in trying to find a store. Thanks for the response and the offered help.
